Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, carousels, captions, and other social media content.
• Visit project sites to capture content related to construction progress, completed projects, interiors, architecture, and site activities.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar in coordination with the Marketing and Management teams.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, headlines, and promotional content.
• Research current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the real-estate and construction industry.
• Collaborate with the Photography/Videography and Marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Assist in developing content for website, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Edit basic videos and images using relevant editing tools.
• Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
• Monitor content performance and provide suggestions to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Coordinate with project and sales teams to obtain accurate information about projects and offerings.
• Maintain an organised library of photographs, videos, graphics, and other content assets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media, English, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to independently develop content ideas and execute them.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, interiors, or lifestyle content.
• Basic understanding of photography and videography.
• Experience creating Reels and short-form video content.
• A portfolio of previous content creation work will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic SEO and digital marketing is an added advantage.
