About the Role
TechnoTask Business Solutions is expanding its team and looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to handle voice and non-voice processes. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving queries efficiently while leveraging your fluency in specific regional languages.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via incoming/outgoing voice calls and non-voice channels (chat/email).
* Provide accurate and prompt information regarding company services to customers in Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu, as well as English/Kannada where applicable.
* Maintain professional and empathetic communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Document customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and comments accurately in the system.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily performance targets and quality metrics.
Language Requirements
* Mandatory Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu (spoken and basic comprehension) to assist regional customer bases effectively.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
* Education/Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
* Priority: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
* Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools/customer support workflows.
Shift Availability
* Female candidate: Morning and General Shift
* Male Candidates: Required to work Evening & Night Shifts.
