💼 Process: Field Sales – Account Opening & KYC

🔹 Eligibility
✅ Minimum 12th Pass
✅ Freshers & Experienced both can apply
✅ Basic English communication required
✅ Previous field sales experience preferred
✅ Bike & Valid Driving Licence Mandatory
✅ Android Smartphone with 4G required
✅ PAN Card & Aadhaar Card mandatory
✅ IIBF Certification not mandatory at joining – 90 days given to complete certification
💰 Fixed Payout / Monthly Target
• 45 Leads – ₹18,000/month
• 50 Leads – ₹20,000/month
• 60 Leads – ₹24,000/month
• 80 Leads – ₹32,000/month
• 100 Leads – ₹40,000/month
🎯 Additional Incentives:
💵 ₹100 per eligible lead for account value ₹10,000–₹25,000
💵 ₹200 per eligible lead for account value ₹50,000+
📌 Key Activities:
• Account Opening & KYC
• Account Funding
• Debit Card Issuance
• General Insurance
• Open-market customer sourcing
⏰ Login Time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📊 Daily targets and TAT must be achieved as assigned.
