Global Education Career Counsellor

We are looking for a Study Abroad & Career Counselor to guide students and professionals through planning, applying, and transitioning to international colleges and universities.

You will evaluate student profiles, match them with ideal academic programs abroad, and offer strategic career mapping.Key ResponsibilitiesProfile Assessment: Conduct one-on-one sessions to evaluate a student's academic history, career objectives, financial budget, and personal preferences.University Shortlisting: Recommend suitable global destinations, universities, and courses aligned with the student's long-term career goals.Application Assistance: Guide students through document compilation, including Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and resume formatting.Visa Guidance: Provide up-to-date information on international student visa processes, financial documentation, and interview preparation.Test Prep Coordination: Inform and coordinate preparation requirements for standardized tests like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, or SAT.Market Trends: Stay updated on international admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and post-study work policies.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in study abroad consulting, international admissions, or career counseling.Skills: Exceptional communication and active listening skills, high empathy, and strong organizational abilities.Knowledge: Deep familiarity with global education systems (such as the UK, US, Canada, Australia, or Europe).
