Job Description

Housekeeping Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, assigning daily duties.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and Laundry for smooth operations.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
  • Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Report maintenance issues and maintain housekeeping records.
  • Train team members on SOPs, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Ensure timely room readiness, quality service, and guest satisfaction.
