Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with café managers and employees regarding HR requirements.
- Manage joining formalities, induction, training, performance tracking, and exit processes.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, attendance, leave, and workplace procedures.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR activities.
- Coordinate staffing requirements for café outlets and office operations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain updated employee databases.
- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Assist management with general HR operations and compliance.
