Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Insurance Telecallers to connect with prospective customers, understand their insurance needs, explain suitable insurance solutions, and schedule appointments or assist in policy sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust over the phone while ensuring ethical and compliant sales practices.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from company-provided leads.
• Understand customer requirements through effective need analysis.
• Explain life insurance products, benefits, policy features, and eligibility criteria clearly.
• Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer needs and financial goals.
• Address customer queries and handle objections professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments or facilitate online policy completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested customers until the sales process is completed.
• Achieve daily call, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Adhere to IRDAI guidelines, company policies, and ethical selling practices.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
• Eligibility: PUC, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Experience in telecalling, BPO, insurance, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.
• Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada.
• Basic English and Hindi communication is an advantage.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
