Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
  • Install and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Configure email clients, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
  • Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for warranty and repair services.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system updates.
  • Support basic networking activities, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely closure of support tickets and user issues.


Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.
  • Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Understanding of printers, scanners, and peripherals.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or Any graduate
  • 1 - 3 Years of Experince
