Job Description
- Manage day-to-day sales at the store
- Maintain stock records and take weekly stock updates
- Doing bank statement reconciliation for all our stores
- making invoices for all our wholesale customers
- doing basic accounting , maintaining expense reports and checking all store transactions on a daily basis.
- Ensure products are clean, well-displayed, and organized daily
- Attend to walk-in customers and handle inquiries politely and efficiently
- Prepare invoices for both in-store and online customer orders
- Keep track of petty cash and daily expenses
- Use basic Excel to update stock and prepare simple reports
- Coordinate with the central team for stock movement and updates
- Help with store-related events or exhibitions when required
- Ensure smooth functioning of the store and maintain a warm, welcoming space
- Actively participate in exhibitions and events when required
