Job Description
*Positions:* Customer Service Executive – Inbound & Outbound
📍 *Location:* ETPL Tower, Thane West, Mumbai
### 💼 Job Details
* *Inbound Process:* Pure Customer Service – No Sales
* *Outbound Process:* Sales Process
* *Candidates:* Freshers & Experienced
### ✅ Eligibility Criteria
*12th pass but not pursuing can apply for outbound process.
* Graduation mandatory for the Inbound Process
* Versant Level 4 required for the Inbound Process
* Basic/Average English communication skills for the Outbound Process
* Experienced candidates must have at least 6 months of sales experience for the Outbound Process
* Immediate joiners preferred
* No pursuing candidates
* Must be available without long leave for the next 6 months

* *Inbound:* Rotational day shifts
* *Outbound:* Fixed shift, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
* *Week Off:* 1 rotational weekly off
* *Transport:* Free pick-up and drop from Thane Station
