Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Hojai Branch
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream (preferably HR/Business/related field).
- 1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
