Manager Zonal Role Circle Performance and Optimization Job Level/ Designation TM- Circle Performance and Optimization Function / Department Technology (Planning & Quality) Location Ahilyabai Nagar Job Purpose In the highly competitive telecom business, Network Quality is the key differentiator Of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for quality and performance of circle and to ensure prompt monitoring and Optimization to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (4G/VoLTE) & customer experience Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance.- VDCR, HOSR, CSSR, Throughput, CQI at cell level.Indepth knowkedge for LAYER strategy and Load balancing
Optimization and Analysis of High DCR , Low throughput and CSSR cells.
Knowledge of MYCOM Reporting tool and Template preparation.
Experience in Preparation of CR for changes required at counter level Must have technical / professional qualifications B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 5+ years of experience
