Personal Banker - Outbound (Branch Banking Relationship Management) | Kotak Mahindra Bank

Role Purpose

The Personal Banker - Outbound is a branch-based sales and relationship management role responsible for acquiring new customers, growing CASA business, generating revenue through cross-selling, and building long-term customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

• Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers through field activities, referrals, and branch-generated leads. 
• Source high-value Savings Account and Current Account customers. 
• Build and expand family banking relationships. 

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve branch retail liabilities and CASA business targets. 
• Cross-sell banking and third-party products: 
  • Insurance
  • Fixed Deposits
  • Mutual Funds
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Investment Products 
• Meet assigned value, volume, and productivity metrics. 

Relationship Management

• Engage customers through calls, meetings, and branch visits. 
• Understand customer financial needs and provide tailored solutions. 
• Maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and wallet share. 

Customer Engagement Activities

• Contact prospective and existing customers regularly.
• Conduct daily customer meetings and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into active banking relationships. 

Compliance & Service

• Ensure KYC and AML compliance during account acquisition. 
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. 
• Deliver high service standards while achieving sales objectives.
