Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
