APM TerminalsThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient execution of inbound, inventory, outbound, and value-added services while achieving customer service, productivity, quality, and cost targets. The role also focuses on people leadership, continuous improvement, and compliance with Maersk operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Lead and manage warehouse associates to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and within SLA/OTIF requirements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, dock-to-stock, and dispatch performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety (EHS), quality, security, and company policies.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and allocate manpower effectively.
• Coach, train, and develop warehouse associates to improve performance.
• Coordinate with transportation, planning, customer service, and inventory teams.
• Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate transactions in WMS/SAP and timely reporting.
• Support audits, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage attendance, overtime, leave planning, and employee performance reviews.
