SBI Life Insurance – Life Mitra Job Description
Role: Life Mitra (Insurance Advisor)
Main work:
•Find potential customers who may need life insurance
•Explain SBI Life insurance plans to customers
•Help customers choose the right plan based on their needs
•Collect documents and assist with policy application
•Build long-term customer relationships
•Follow up for premium payments, renewals, and service support
•Generate leads through your network, referrals, friends, family, social media, etc.

•Good communication
•Confidence in talking to people
•Basic sales or convincing skills
•Relationship building
•Self-motivation
•Basic smartphone/digital app usage
Eligibility
•18+ years old
•Minimum 10th pass
