Hub Incharge

The Hub In-Charge is responsible for the overall management of the warehouse/hub, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, order processing, dispatch, manpower utilization, safety, housekeeping, and timely movement of goods.

The role is accountable for achieving operational, inventory, service, cost, and compliance targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1 -Manage day-to-day operations of the hub and ensure smooth workflow.

2-Plan and control receiving, unloading, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities.

3-Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed within defined TAT.

4-Monitor dock utilization and vehicle loading/unloading activities.

5-Ensure proper segregation and storage of products as per SKU, category, batch, expiry, and location.

6-Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

7-Minimize operational delays, damages, shortages, and misplacements.

8-Monitor attendance, productivity, overtime, and discipline.

9-Improve manpower and space utilization.

10-Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
