About the Role

We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor who understands construction workflows and can help ensure our CNC-machined stone, wood, and metal interiors are delivered smoothly, safely, and on time across multiple construction sites.

This is a hands-on, coordination-heavy role. You will work closely with the founder to streamline communication between the design team and production team, and you’ll be the key person ensuring what’s manufactured matches what’s required on-site.

The ideal candidate is construction-literate, organized, and has the willingness to learn how our CNC process and outputs work so you can supervise installation and resolve issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Installation Support

• Oversee and coordinate installation activities on multiple interior construction sites.
• Ensure work is performed according to drawings, schedules, and agreed site requirements.
• Verify measurements, positioning, and finishing expectations are aligned with the design.
• Identify site issues early (access constraints, surface tolerances, sequencing conflicts) and escalate with clear recommendations.

Communication & Workflow Streamlining

• Act as the primary on-site communicator between site teams, the founder, and the design/production teams.
• Relay site feedback to the design and production teams so future outputs are corrected and streamlined.
• Coordinate planning for dispatch, delivery timing, staging, and installation sequencing.
• Help ensure documentation flow (drawings, revisions, checklists, installation requirements) is consistent and understood.
• Understand common CNC-related constraints and how they affect fitting, tolerances, finishing, and hardware.
• Work with the production team to confirm requirements before manufacturing and avoid rework.

Reporting & Issue Resolution

• Maintain daily site updates and logs (progress, issues, decisions, action items).
• Report defects, mismatches, or delays with photos and clear descriptions.
• Coordinate corrective actions with the founder and production/design team where needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising interior works on construction sites (or similar role).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, tolerances, and quality expectations.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and shop/production documents.
• Excellent communication skills (professional, proactive, and clear).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and adapting to changing conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Architect or Interior Designer
• Experience coordinating between design, production, and site stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn our specific CNC workflow.
