Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime/ Excel and other ERP Softwares.
  • Prepare customer invoices for storage, handling, and transportation services.
  • Manage accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and customer outstanding statements.
  • Verify transport bills, diesel expenses, tolls, and trip documents.
  • Prepare driver trip settlements (Trip Hisaab), including freight calculations, advances, tolls, loading/unloading charges, and final payments.
