Sr. No    Job Responsibilities

1.            Handling of routine job Functions Pertaining to Engineering in Production Dept.

2.            Execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for plant equipment's as per pre-defined and planned schedule and identification of critical spares for Production like Compression, Coating, Granulation, Packing Machines etc.

3.            Up-keeping facility materials on-day today basis also listing minor obseration on shop floor by means of GMP documents.

4.            Ensuring safe and healthy operation of material movement equipment's.

5.            Analysis and Handling of breakdown maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Utility equipment's in Production Dept...

6.            Maintaining stock of all types of Lubricants, Grease, consumables, belts, seals etc.

7.            Co-ordination with external agencies and vendor development for the Service support for Production Equipments.

8.            Implementation of departmental documentation and ensure Cmpliance to cGMP and Quality system for Production activities.

9.            Supervision of in-house project related to plant and machinery.

10.          Maintaining all Air conditioning units and utility equipment's installed in the plant.

11.          Implementation of departmental documentation and ensure Compliance to cGMP and Quality system.

12.          Maintaining all daily breakdowns reports and prepare with summary for the month.

13.          Co-ordination with external agency for carrying out PLC validation, process machines calibration & Engineering drawing updation.

14.          Tracking of engineering stock.

15.          Energy conservation & power Management

16.          Creation, Planning & Execution of plant preventive maintenance program.
