Automotive Service Advisor

Service & Body Shop Advisor – AutoShield (ALF Automotive), Nagpur

AutoShield is a premium car care studio in Nagpur offering detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, PPF, denting & painting, and general service. We're looking for a sharp, customer-friendly advisor who can spot what a car needs and help owners make the right call.

What you'll do

• Inspect every car that comes in (even for a basic wash) and identify needs like paint swirls, scratches, dents, faded paint, or unprotected surfaces
• Explain findings to customers clearly and honestly, and recommend the right services: ceramic coating, paint refinement, denting & painting, PPF, interior detailing, and more
• Prepare estimates, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed jobs
• Coordinate with the workshop team so jobs are delivered on time and as promised
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups on WhatsApp and phone

What we're looking for

• 1+ years in car service advisory, body shop, detailing, or automobile sales (freshers with strong automobile knowledge and sales flair are welcome)
• Good understanding of car paint, bodywork, and detailing services
• Confident communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English
• A trustworthy, consultative approach, not pushy selling
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
