Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports as required.
• Handle documentation, filing, scanning, and record management.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
• Monitor emails and respond to routine correspondence.
• Assist in tender documentation, quotations, and office administration.
• Maintain inventory records and office-related documents.
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
