Position Overview: Avyaansh Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated Field Marketing & Business Development Executive to expand its dealer network, strengthen existing business relationships, and generate sales through direct outreach, door-to-door marketing, and B2B engagement. The role also includes improving customer engagement, referrals, and genuine online reviews.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to existing dealers to understand requirements, secure repeat orders, and strengthen business relationships.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers, retailers, and business partners across assigned areas.
• Generate qualified leads through door-to-door marketing, market visits, cold calling, referrals, and promotional activities.
• Develop business opportunities with housing societies, offices, builders, contractors, institutions, and commercial establishments.
• Present company products, services, pricing, and offers clearly and professionally.
• Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address dealer and customer requirements and resolve concerns.
• Encourage customers to share genuine Google reviews, feedback, and referrals following completed sales or services.
• Maintain accurate daily records of field visits, leads, dealer interactions, sales, and pending follow-ups.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market insights to management.
• Achieve assigned targets for dealer development, lead generation, sales, and customer engagement.
• Qualifications & SkillsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with dealers, customers, and business decision-makers.
• Willingness to undertake daily field visits and direct sales activities.
• Self-motivation, discipline, ownership, and consistent follow-up.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic digital reporting tools.
• Previous experience in field sales, dealer development, solar, electrical products, or home appliances preferred. Motivated freshers may also apply.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Performance Measures: Performance will be assessed against agreed targets for new dealer onboarding, active dealer engagement, qualified leads, sales conversions, customer referrals, genuine review growth, and timely reporting.
