💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience and previous salary package)

• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 1–6 years in the Debt Collection Department.
• Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply.
• Preferred: DRA-certified candidates.

• Required Skills: Good communication, team handling, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Allocate work to field executives and telecalling agents based on their expertise and workload.
• Monitor team performance, collection targets, call volumes, and recovery rates.
• Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve team conflicts and address employee concerns.
• Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
• Analyse account data to identify high-risk accounts and prioritize collection activities.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and debt collection inquiries.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely recovery.
• Educate customers about their payment obligations and repayment options.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and company policies.
• Monitor team activities to maintain ethical collection practices.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, outstanding accounts, and recovery targets.
• Share performance updates and recommendations with senior management.
