Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented, and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate must have experience with CRM software and calling, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills in both Hindi and English.

This is a full-time, in-house position. Candidates currently residing outside Nagpur must be willing to relocate and work from our office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
2. Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and records using CRM software.
3. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
4. Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
5. Follow up with customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
6. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
7. Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and calling activities.
• Basic computer knowledge, including data entry and email handling.
• Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Willingness to relocate to Nagpur and work from the office.
