At RS Car Accessories - The retail wing of Sunkool Solution, we help car owners protect, upgrade, and fall in love with their vehicles. From high-grade heat rejection window films and ceramic detailing to premium interior and exterior styling, our focus is simple: quality work and an effortless customer experience.

Great cars deserve great care, and that starts with great communication. We are looking for an organised, warm, and proactive CRM Executive to be the voice of our studio, keep our clients happy, and build long-lasting relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will own the post-sale journey and make sure every customer feels taken care of before, during, and after their visit:

• Stay in Touch: Call or message clients after an installation or detailing job to ensure they love the results.
• Coordinate Bookings: Help customers schedule appointments for tinting, accessories, and maintenance visits without friction.
• Keep Things Organized: Log customer details, vehicle notes, and follow-up schedules cleanly in Excel/CRM software.
• Engage & Follow Up: Send timely service reminders, updates on new arrivals, and special seasonal offers via phone and WhatsApp.
• Gather Reviews & Feedback: Encourage satisfied customers to share their feedback on Google and address any small hiccups before they become issues.
• Team Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with our floor technicians, sales staff, and billing team so appointments run smoothly.
• Track the Numbers: Maintain a daily snapshot of customer interactions, pending leads, and returning clients.

Who You Are

You enjoy interacting with people, you don't let tasks fall through the cracks, and you genuinely take pride in solving problems for customers:

• Clear Communicator: You speak fluently and politely in Hindi and English. Being able to chat in Marathi is a solid plus.
• Customer-Centric: You are patient, a good listener, and know how to de-escalate a concerned client with a calm, helpful attitude.
• Digitally Comfortable: You can easily navigate MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and basic CRM or inventory systems.
• Background: A college graduate with 1–3 years of experience in retail, automotive service, front-desk, hospitality, or client support. (Sharp, confident freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply!)
