Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Database Management: Updating records, processing high-volume transactions, entering operational data, and maintaining accurate digital databases.
- Documentation & Filing: Organizing digital and physical files, verifying client/employee documents, handling contracts, and maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Acts as a bridge between front-office operations, IT, HR, and finance to verify information and complete pending tasks.
