Deputy Manager Finance

Deputy Manager – Finance | Nagpur

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to work as the second-in-line to the Head – Finance / CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly closing, P&L / Balance Sheet finalisation and MIS reporting.
• Handle core Finance, Accounting and Controlling activities.
• Manage GST, taxation, statutory compliance and audits.
• Coordinate dual financial-year audit requirements for India and Germany.
• Manage Big 4 / Big 10 audit coordination and audit requirements.
• Handle working capital, financial controls and variance analysis.
• Manage SAP FICO, ERP and advanced Excel.
• Support RBI/FEMA, foreign exchange and international finance activities.
• Coordinate with German Headquarters on Finance matters.

Mandatory Requirements:

• CA Inter OR MBA – Finance
• 5–10+ years of Finance & Accounts experience
• Manufacturing experience – Mandatory
• Experience with an MNC or reputed Indian company
• Big 4 / Big 10 audit exposure – Mandatory
• SAP FICO – Mandatory
• Strong experience in monthly closing, P&L, Balance Sheet and MIS
