Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and experienced Electricians for industrial electrical erection and commissioning work. The candidate should have hands-on experience in cable laying, glanding, termination, cable dressing, HT/LT panel erection, panel coupling, and installation of electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform HT and LT cable laying, routing, glanding, termination, and cable connections.

- Carry out cable dressing, cable identification, ferruling, and cable management in cable cellars and electrical areas.

- Execute HT and LT panel erection, installation, alignment, and coupling.

- Perform power and control cable termination and connections in electrical panels.

- Install electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, junction boxes, and other industrial electrical accessories.

- Carry out electrical equipment interconnections as per approved drawings and project specifications.

- Assist in pre-commissioning, electrical testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities under authorized supervision.

- Read and follow electrical drawings, cable schedules, and termination diagrams.

- Ensure quality workmanship, safe working practices, and compliance with site safety procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in industrial electrical erection work.

- Practical knowledge of HT/LT panels, cable laying, glanding, termination, and connections.

- Experience in panel erection, coupling, cable cellar work, and electrical equipment installation.

- Familiarity with electrical tools, testing instruments, and industrial site practices.

- Knowledge of electrical safety, PPE, permit-to-work, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

- Ability to work effectively with site engineers, supervisors, and other technicians.
