💰 Salary: ₹4.5 LPA + ₹5,500 per Month Travel Allowance
💼 Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales/Field Sales

About the Role:
We are hiring dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to drive on-ground B2C sales in Nagpur. The role involves direct merchant interaction, lead generation, and closing sales in the field — Sitabuldi's dense retail market and Itwari's wholesale-cum-retail trading hub offer strong merchant-acquisition potential.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Acquire and onboard new merchants in the assigned territory
🔹Build and maintain strong, lasting merchant relationships
🔹Promote EDC/Swipe Machine and digital payment solutions
🔹Drive merchant activation and transaction growth
🔹Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
🔹Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
🔹Monitor competitor activities in the assigned territory
What We're Looking For:
➡️ Strong sales and business development mindset
➡️ Excellent communication skills (Hindi/Marathi; basic English a plus)
➡️ Good negotiation and influencing ability
➡️ Strong customer/merchant relationship management
➡️ Target-oriented and performance-driven approach
➡️ Ability to work independently in a field-based role
➡️ Own two-wheeler preferred for daily local travel
