Job SummarySmart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive secondary sales by developing relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners. The candidate will be responsible for regular market visits, generating demand for company products, increasing product sales at the retailer level, and expanding market coverage within the assigned territory.

Candidates with experience in secondary sales, dealer and distributor management, and B2B or channel sales in chemicals, adhesives, sealants, construction chemicals, or related industries will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Drive secondary sales by ensuring product movement from distributors to retailers and end customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to increase repeat orders and sales volume.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and territory-wise business objectives.
• Promote company products, communicate product benefits, and support product visibility at retail outlets.
• Monitor distributor stock, retailer demand, product availability, and market movement.
• Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, promotional activities, and customer insights.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with distributors for timely collections.
• Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
• Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, order details, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the sales team and distributors to ensure smooth order processing and timely product availability.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
• 4 years of experience in field sales, secondary sales, or channel sales.
• Experience in dealer, distributor, and retailer handling is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of territory management, market visits, and competitor analysis.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
