Finance Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, and sell financial products including loans and insurance policies.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities -

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital leads, and existing customer databases.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan and insurance products.
• Sell products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, vehicle loans, health insurance, life insurance, and other financial products.
• Contact prospective customers, explain product features, eligibility, interest rates/premiums, benefits, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into successful applications/policies.
• Coordinate with customers, banks/NBFCs, insurance companies, and internal teams throughout the application process.
• Collect and verify required customer documents and ensure accurate submission.
• Maintain regular follow-up until loan disbursement / insurance policy issuance.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and conversions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
• Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, eligibility criteria, and market trends.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting field visits.
• Basic knowledge of loans, banking products, and insurance is an advantage.
• Basic computer/MS Office and CRM knowledge.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
• EligibilityGraduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, insurance, fintech, real estate, telecom, FMCG, or other customer-facing industries.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field-sales positions.
