Job Description

What you will do:

- Search candidates daily on Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri and job groups

- Call 60–80 candidates a day and screen them with our call script

- Shortlist and book interviews; confirm every slot on WhatsApp

- Take first-round interviews for junior roles (telecallers, salespeople, helpers)

- Keep a daily hiring sheet: called, shortlisted, interviewed, hired

- Follow up with new joiners in their first 30 days.


We want:

- Confident on phone in Hindi and Marathi; basic English.

- Fast, organised, comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and job portals.

- Someone who enjoys talking to people all day.
