Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Executive to join our tiles and marble business. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of tiles, marble, granite, and related products, along with strong sales and customer-handling skills.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customers and understand their requirements for tiles, marble, granite, and related products.
• Explain product specifications, designs, quality, sizes, finishes, and pricing to customers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and budget.
• Generate new sales leads and follow up with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate prices within company guidelines.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders.
• Coordinate with the showroom, warehouse, and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
• Keep updated with new tile and marble designs, products, and market trends.
• Maintain proper records of sales, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, or building-material products.
• Good knowledge of tiles and marble products is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and lead follow-up.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Presentable personality and professional attitude.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in tile shops, marble showrooms, building-material businesses, interior products, or construction-related sales will be preferred.
