Job Description
Inside Sales Associate – B2B Sales
Role Overview
We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to handle B2B lead generation,
client pitching, follow-ups, and sales conversion through calls and online communication.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls and online sources.
- Pitch Hoora’s products/services to potential business clients.
- Understand client requirements and handle sales queries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close B2B deals.
- Maintain lead/customer records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate / MBA preferred.
- 0–2 years of B2B/Inside Sales experience; freshers with strong sales skills can apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing ability.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets/Excel.
