Job Description
Role Purpose:
To support office operations through housekeeping, clerical assistance, and day-to-day errands.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness of office premises, washrooms, reception, and pantry.
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Assist with office errands like photocopying, courier, and bank runs.
- Maintain data entry, calling, and manage pantry supplies, drinking water, and stationery.
- Assist in basic file organization, scanning, and document handling.
- Support staff during events, meetings, and client visits.
Skills Required:
- Basic literacy in Hindi/Marathi (English optional).
- Discipline, honesty, and time management.
- Physically active and reliable.
Preferred Candidate: Who live in Rameshwari, Shatabdi Square, Suyog Nagar, Manewada or Nearby area
