💊 About the Role
Medeal Generic Pharmacy is looking for an experienced, passionate, and sales-oriented Pharmacist to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can do more than routine pharmacy work — someone who can take ownership of the store, improve counter sales, build customer relationships, and actively contribute to business growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately and responsibly as per prescriptions and applicable regulations.
- Handle customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage daily retail pharmacy operations.
- Increase counter sales and achieve sales growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.
- Plan and perform sales growth activities.
- Promote generic medicines and explain products appropriately to customers.
- Maintain stock, expiry checks, product displays, and inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store.
- Handle day-to-day shop management responsibilities.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and overall store growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Experienced Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience.
- Qualified/registered pharmacist as required by applicable regulations.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Passionate about sales and business growth.
- Energetic, confident, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Someone who can independently manage the shop.
- Candidates with a proven ability to increase counter sales and drive sales growth will be preferred.
