Retail Sales Executive

Job Brief

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for our Tiles & Doors

showroom. The role involves handling walk-in customers, product explanation, order closing,

follow-ups, and coordination with the telecalling & delivery teams. This is a

performance-oriented role with clear growth and incentives.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Attend all walk-in customers at the showroom and understand requirements.

2. Explain product range (Tiles, Granite, Steel Doors) with full details.

3. Maintain professional showroom presentation & update sample displays.

4. Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert into sales.

5. Coordinate with telecallers for lead handling and ensure walk-in conversion.

6. Enter customer data & sales details into CRM (training will be provided).

7. Achieve monthly sales targets and support in hitting team targets.

8. Handle after-sales support (order status, delivery coordination).

Education & Experience

Minimum Education: Graduate (any discipline).

● Technical Education: Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel / CRM / WhatsApp).

Experience: 2 years in showroom/retail sales (preferred industry: Tiles,

Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Furniture, Home Appliances, Real Estate).

Skills Required

1. Strong communication in Hindi/Marathi (basic English preferred).

2. Confident, persuasive personality.

3. Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.

4. Good negotiation and objection handling skills.

5. Positive attitude, hunger to grow, and long-term mindset.
