About the Role

ZestRenew is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our solar business growth across Raipur and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing customer and dealer relationships, promoting ZestRenew’s solar solutions, and converting opportunities into successful sales. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication, networking, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B and B2C sales opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Visit potential customers, dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Promote and explain ZestRenew’s solar panels, inverters, solar systems, and related products.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and prepare quotations/proposals in coordination with the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up consistently on leads, quotations, site visits, and ongoing sales opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with installation, operations, and customer-support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent ZestRenew professionally at exhibitions, events, dealer meets, and local promotional activities.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident, energetic, and comfortable with extensive field work.
• Strong in negotiation, relationship building, and follow-up.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
• Comfortable meeting new people and developing a local network.
• Willing to travel within Nagpur and nearby areas.
• Familiar with MS Office/Google Sheets and basic CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Interested in the solar and renewable energy industry.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Renewable Energy will be preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, solar, electrical products, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
