Job SummaryWe are looking for a Field Sales Executive to generate new business and manage clients for our Outdoor Advertising (OOH) services, including hoardings, billboards, bus shelters, kiosks, digital displays, and other outdoor advertising spaces.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting businesses and agencies, presenting advertising solutions, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients for outdoor advertising campaigns.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Understand clients' advertising requirements and suggest suitable outdoor advertising locations.
• Present advertising packages, rates, locations, and campaign options to clients.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals.
• Negotiate prices and terms with clients and close sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Follow up regularly on leads, quotations, payments, and campaign renewals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations/creative team to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities, market rates, and new advertising opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, sales, and follow-ups.
• Collect market feedback and identify new locations and business opportunities.

• Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Qualification12th pass or Graduate.
• Previous experience in outdoor advertising, media sales, real estate, telecom, FMCG, or other field-sales roles will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
