Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of around 10 sales executives.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, performance, and team productivity.
  • Guide team members on customer handling, sales conversion, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
  • Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
  • Handle team-related issues and ensure a positive, target-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
