Senior Architect

Design Inside is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Architect who can manage client interactions, develop architectural designs, handle planning and drafting, and coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client meetings, understand requirements, and provide suitable design solutions.
• Prepare architectural plans, layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop concepts, space planning, and design presentations.
• Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, site engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
• Manage project timelines, drawing revisions, and client approvals.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in planning, drafting, detailing, and documentation.
• Review drawings and guide junior architects and team members.
• Coordinate with clients throughout the project lifecycle and resolve design-related queries.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of architectural planning, drafting, detailing, and construction drawings.
• Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and site execution.
• Excellent client-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
