Job Description
Daily Operations: Monitor on-site activities, assign daily tasks to workers, and keep track of project schedules.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety rules, inspect the site for hazards, and follow building codes.
Coordination: Manage contractors, suppliers, and vendors, and host daily team meetings.
Progress Reporting: Keep accurate site logs, track material inventory, and report project progress to the project manager.
Problem Solving: Fix on-site delays, handle equipment issues, and read blueprints or technical plans.
