Job Role: As a Store Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing an excellent in-store shopping experience, helping customers find the right products, achieving sales targets, and supporting day-to-day store operations including SKU, barcode and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits, styles and products.
• Explain product features, sizes, fits, prices and offers to customers.
• Actively contribute to daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing and POS operations accurately.
• Scan and manage product barcodes during billing and stock-related activities.
• Understand and correctly identify SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) for different products, sizes, colours and variants.
• Assist with receiving, checking, tagging and arranging new stock.
• Maintain accurate SKU and barcode records and report any discrepancies.
• Assist with stock counting, stock transfers, replenishment and inventory checks.
• Update basic inventory and sales information using computer systems/software.
• Perform basic computer tasks such as data entry, checking product information and using POS/inventory software.
• Ensure clothing racks, shelves and displays are clean, organized and properly stocked.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges and other basic store operations.
