Unitech Multi Services is an Engineering Design/Drafting services firm founded in 2020. We provide services in areas of AutoCAD/Revit drafting, design, analysis, detailing, and execution of steel/wooden/concrete/CFS structures.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Draftsman/Engineer working on AutoCAD at Unitech Multi Services located in Nagpur. The Structural Draftsman AutoCAD will be responsible for creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD software, collaborating with engineers and architects to understand project requirements, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and participating in project meetings and discussions.

Qualifications

·       Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software and drafting techniques

·       Knowledge of structural design principles, codes, and standards

·       Experience in producing detailed technical drawings and specifications

·       Understanding of construction processes and materials

·       Ability to interpret and analyse engineering drawings and blueprints

·       Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

·       Strong communication and collaboration abilities

·       Associate degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings and models using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop structural designs.
• Ensure that all drawings and models adhere to industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Review and update existing drawings and models based on changes or revisions.
• Conduct quality control checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, models, and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design and drafting issues.
• Stay updated with the latest REVIT features and industry trends to continuously improve skills and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in preparing structural drawings in reinforced concrete, and structural steel for Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Villa, and Industrial Buildings.
• Proven experience as a Structural Draftsman, with proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
