Job Description – Airtel Merchant Team Leader (TL)
Position: Team Leader (TL) – Airtel Merchant
Location: Nagpur
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced Team Leaders for the Airtel Merchant business. Candidates with fintech experience and team-handling skills are preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience with Paytm, GPay, Amazon Pay, Jio Money, Freecharge, MobiKwik, BharatPe, or any fintech company
Experience handling a team of 10–15 members
Good communication and convincing skills
Presentable personality
Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the field sales team
Drive merchant onboarding for QR Code, Soundbox & Current Account
Achieve sales targets and ensure team performance
Train, support and motivate team members
Monitor productivity and daily performance
Ensure proper reporting and quality of work
