Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional Client Relationship Manager to manage client communication, follow-ups, coordination and support ATS-friendly CV preparation for international career opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client communication through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Understand client requirements and explain relevant services.
• Coordinate with the CV/resume team for client requirements.
• Understand ATS (Applicant Tracking System) requirements and ensure CVs are structured with relevant keywords and job-specific information.
• Analyse Job Descriptions (JDs) and identify relevant skills and keywords.
• Coordinate CV revisions based on client requirements and target job roles.
• Follow up with clients for documents, information, approvals and payments.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up reports.
• Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support lead conversion and achieve assigned targets.
• Required SkillsExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of ATS-friendly CV/resume formatting and keyword optimisation.
• Ability to understand and analyse Job Descriptions.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Preferred QualificationGraduate in any discipline. MBA/Management/English/Marketing candidates preferred. Experience in client servicing, CV/resume writing, immigration or consultancy will be an advantage.

Practical TestShortlisted candidates may be assessed on client communication, JD analysis, ATS-based CV preparation, follow-up and query handling.

6-Month Employment CommitmentThe selected candidate will be required to complete an initial 6-month employment commitment (bond) from the date of joining.
