Telecaller

Tech-Lync Learning Technologies (www.tech-lync.com) is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential students and working professionals to promote and explain our various training programs in data analytics, business intelligence, cloud computing, and other in-demand technologies. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing detailed information about our courses, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, and converting prospects into enrollments. Maintaining accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM system, handling customer queries efficiently, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets will be an essential part of the role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to convince and engage customers effectively, and basic computer proficiency. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
