Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the branch team and drive business development, customer acquisition and retention while achieving business and revenue targets. The role will also be responsible for maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, portfolio quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Train, coach and motivate team members for consistent performance.
- Ensure branch profitability and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, upselling and cross-selling.
- Study local market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth branch operations.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, policies and operational guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate operational and fraud-related risks.
- Support accurate gold appraisal and minimize melting loss.
- Drive local marketing activities to increase customer walk-ins and conversions.
- Maintain branch accounts, documents and statutory records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, statutory authorities and external agencies for compliance.
