Electronics Head

Role Summary

The Electronics Head will be responsible for overall management of electronics design support, manufacturing, testing, quality, and maintenance of Sushitech products such as Safe Load Indicators, sensors, displays, and control systems. The role requires strong technical leadership, process control, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Department Leadership & Planning

• Lead and manage electronics engineers, technicians, and support staff.

• Plan manpower, workload distribution, and production support activities.

• Define department goals aligned with company objectives.

2. Manufacturing & Technical Oversight

• Oversee PCB assembly, testing, calibration, and integration activities.

• Ensure smooth production of electronic products and subassemblies. 

• Approve technical processes, test methods, and work instructions.

3. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms.

• Handle root cause analysis for failures and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with Quality and R&D teams for continuous improvement.

4. Troubleshooting & Support

• Provide technical guidance for complex electronic issues.

• Support analysis of field-returned and failed products.

• Approve design or process changes when required.

5. Vendor & Documentation Management

• Coordinate with component and PCB vendors for technical requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.

Role Summary

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for handling dispatch of finished goods and materials, ensuring accurate documentation, proper packing, and timely delivery of Sushitech electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dispatch Operations

• Execute daily dispatch of finished goods as per sales orders.

• Coordinate with production and stores for material readiness.

• Ensure proper packing and labeling of electronic products.

2. Documentation & ERP

• Update dispatch entries in registers.

• Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking details.

Qualifications & Skills Education:

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline

Experience: 2–5 years in dispatch or logistics (manufacturing preferred)

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electronics circuits, sensors, and microcontroller-based systems.

• PCB manufacturing, testing, and calibration processes.

• Failure analysis and process optimization.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership and team management.

• Decision-making and problem-solving.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
